These terms cover this website and free Kin accounts, offered by Evaanadoo LLC, a New Jersey company ("we"). Kin itself will come with its own subscription terms, which you'll see and accept before you pay anything.
Your free account
- Creating an account is free and doesn't commit you to buy anything. Nothing is charged until you choose a plan, add a payment method and confirm.
- An account isn't a guarantee of access, a price or a launch date. We bring Kin to homes in small groups.
- Keep your password to yourself. You can change it or delete your account at any time from your account page.
- Plans, prices and features shown on this site are planned and may change before launch.
- You must be 18 or older to create an account.
Using this site
Please don't misuse the site: no automated sign-ups, no attempts to break or probe it, and no false information. We may remove sign-ups that break these rules.
Ownership
Kin, its software, design, text, images and the orb are owned by Evaanadoo LLC and protected by copyright and trade-secret law. "Kin" is a working name. Nothing on this site grants a licence to use any of it beyond viewing the site.
What Kin will and won't do
Kin is a household assistant, not a professional service. It doesn't give medical, legal or financial advice, it never moves money, and it isn't an emergency service: in an emergency, call 911.
No warranty; limits
This site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
